Akia Ronai, a fashion consultant with over 25 years of experience in the industry, recently sat down for an interview to discuss her work on styling Besa, the host of Converge Media's show Back2Besa. Ronai, who has worked with numerous high-profile clients and for companies such as Nordstrom and Amazon, shared her insights on the collaborative process of styling Besa Gordon.

Ronai emphasized the importance of creating a wardrobe that reflects Besa's personality and profession. For Besa's recent photo shoot announcing her new agreement with FOX 13 Seattle for season two of Back2Besa, Ronai chose a blue midi dress by fashion brand Reiss. The dress was chosen for its professional silhouette, comfortable jersey knit fabric, and vibrant color that complements Besa's skin tone and aligns with Converge Media's branding.

"When styling Besa, I take into consideration several factors, including Besa's comfort, the occasion, and the desired image," Ronai said.

"I prioritize natural fibers such as cotton, silk, and bamboo and avoid synthetic fabrics, opting for sustainable and high-quality garments that can be re-worn and reimagined and feel good on Besa's skin." Ronai explained.

During Besa’s ceremonial contract signing, she wore the midi dress with gold accented hoops, a chunky bangle, and clear sandals.
