WEIRD at NIGHT gets MOVING this week!  This episode is about getting our bodies moving, lifting the vibration using physical activity to alleviate our nervous systems from stress and anxiety - letting our bodies engage with their primal desires to run, to dance, and lift our heart beats to hear, to feel, to understand, the mother beat. That first heartbeat you heard, the heartbeat that created your heartbeat.
