Empowering Dreams: Young Black Homeowners Third Annual Black Equity Ball
On February 22 at 6pm, a groundbreaking event is set to make waves in the realm of black homeownership, the third annual Black Equity Ball at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, hosted by Converge Media’s Besa Gordon, host of Back2Besa on FOX 13 Seattle and FOX Soul, the red carpet affair is more than just a night of glamour it's a catalyst for change.
Seattle's biggest Black Homeownership celebration organized Young Black Homeowners founder, Anzhane Slaughter. Slaughter transitioned from law and government to purpose-driven real estate, aiming to positively impact Black families. After becoming licensed, she taught Washington State's first-time homebuyer classes. With six years of education and real estate experience, Slaughter established Young Black Homeowner to support the community throughout the homeownership journey.
