Free Flo Fit: A Journey of Friendship, Fitness, and Community Impact

Adaeze Medani, co-founder of the health and wellness nonprofit Free Flo Fit, recently appeared on the The Day With Trae to discuss the organization and her journey in the fitness industry.

Medani, who co-founded Free Flo Fit with Shontia Whitehead, shared that their partnership began after they collaborated on a fitness class at Umoja Fest. The success of the class inspired them to create an organization that would provide accessible fitness resources to the community.

Free Flo Fit offers weekly fitness classes that introduce members to various training styles, including boxing, mobility, and yoga. Medani emphasized the importance of finding a form of movement that individuals enjoy and can stick with consistently.

In addition to discussing Free Flo Fit, Medani also shared her personal fitness journey, including her decision to become a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). She credits Holliday with inspiring her to pursue the certification and for being a constant source of support and motivation.

Medani's interview on The Day With Trae is an inspiring story of two women who are passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
