Written by Besa Gordon - 🚨 BOW DOWN TO WASHINGTON 🚨 Yesterday, I hit up UW for the “Jersey Mike’s College Football Tailgate” with FOX Sports and FOX 13 Seattle, celebrating the Huskies' LAST home game of the season and let me tell you, "fun" doesn’t even scratch the surface.

From hanging out with die-hard Husky fans to vibing with the iconic mascot and even Cletus (yea, the FOX robot came through), it was a tailgate for the books! I also ran into my girls, Alicia Crank (who I call the Queen of Edmonds but is also the NCWW CEO) and Tiffany Hollins, (who is part of the Business Development at the University of Washington Athletics), which made the day even more of a shmood.

As for highlights? Sheesh, where do I start?!

• Watched the *fired-up* UW cheerleaders and band hype up the crowd!

• Saw the Huskies roll up in style as the team hit the stadium.

• Handed out dope FOX Local UW tailgate cups that changed from purple when cold to white when warm. People even came BACK to the tent just to say, “IT REALLY WORKS!” Like yes sis, it does. 

And can we talk about that game?! The Washington Huskies came through with a solid 31-19 WIN against UCLA. WOOT WOOT! 🙌🏾  I swear, even the weather had "game day energy," and the team definitely fed off it.

Shoutout to everyone who made the day a vibe:  

• Jersey Mike’s for the free sub contest (subs for a year? Yes, please!)

• The fans who pulled up with all the energy and vibes

• And of course, the FOX 13 squad for always bringing the good times!
