Next Week: Join Us For ‘My Journey To Beloved’ With Donnitta Sinclair Martin and Chardonnay Beaver
Next week, we are honored to debut a three-part series filmed at our #BlackMediaMatters Studio titled ‘My Journey To Beloved’. The series consists of three chapters - Fueled By Purpose, A Model Leader, and I Am a Reflection of my Beloved Community. The series is hosted and produced by Chardonnay Beaver, and will take viewers through the journey of Donnitta Sinclair Martin, who’s son Horace Lorenzo Anderson Jr passed in 2020 due to gun violence. Sinclair Martin has since founded We Got Us Moms, an organization which aims to create a space for mothers whose children were killed by what she calls The Disease of Gun Violence. The series will air over the course of next week, with episode one beginning on Monday, September 4th at 7:30 pm. Part two will air Wednesday, September 6th at 7:30 pm and part three will air on Friday, September 8th at 7:30 pm. The episodes will also be available on-demand on our platforms the day following their airing.
