Heru TchassAmen Shares Tips for A Balanced and Healthy 2024 with Trae Holiday.

Starting the New Year, Trae Holiday is back with a brand new season of The Day with Trae. For this first episode,  Holiday is joined by life coach Heru Tchaas Amen for Mindfullness Monday, a segment happening now every Monday. The founder of Heru Health, a holistic life and wellness service focused on helping others find peace and balance within their daily lives, Tchaas Amen offers a variety of programs on how to transform one's life positively by integrating various meditation exercises and visualization practices into one's life. In this episode, Tchaas Amen, an advocate of energy work, explains his "FIVE" tips for living a balanced and healthy life: "focus on one's energy work," set intentions with purpose, and visualize success every day. 


"If we're going to set intentions, we have to align our body, our energy, our chakra, [and] all our internal systems to be successful," Tchaas Amen said.


For Tchaas Amen, this means doing exercises related to energy work, such as Qigong, Tai Chi, and yoga. Just as important as focus is implementing those intentions with a purpose.


"Setting intentions that are very purposeful so all your micro and macro intentions are also aligned," Tchaas Amen said. "The little things you do and the big things you do should align." 

His last tip is to picture success every day. 


"Visualizing yourself as being very positive and enjoying the emotion of success is important. We want to make sure that we're writing that down and capturing that information," Tchaas Amen said. "We want to do a little bit of that every single day. We can't do everything every day, but we want to do those little steps."
