PYC Sweets & Wine Bar fills this void, offering both a place for high-quality wine and a celebration of Black American cuisine.

To reach their audience, PYC relies on a mix of social media outreach, word of mouth, and collaborations with local organizations like the Federal Way Black Collective. Their promotions, such as "Fried Fridays" featuring unique pairings like fried chicken with champagne, have been well-received.

Victoria's vision is not only to provide a great place for wine and dessert lovers but also to contribute to a growing scene of culturally vibrant businesses in Federal Way.
