Weird at Night Episode 169: An exercise in being real. Saturday 10 pm.
On the 169th episode of Weird at Night, we get into our time machine for some insightful words from legend Sir Sidney Poitier, and we visit a Bad Brains concert in 1982. We check out a recorded live performance by Negro Terror, an incredible hardcore punk band from Memphis, and watch the trailer for their documentary. Dance, and music sensation Marc’L stops by for a ‘Dance Break’. Nadamucho, Terry Monstrosity, NOTFOR$ALE, and Oswin Benjamin bring the new music. Mcgruff (the talking dog) reports back on the benefits of ‘Big Red’ soda and the video art of surrealist Len Lye.
