Weird At Night Episode 194: Explicit Language

It’s time for episode 194 of the surreal comedy, art share extravaganza WEIRD at NIGHT; A show that is surprisingly wholesome for how often we use explicit language.  This week we have epic art to share!   We’ll be watching Taylar Elizza Beth’s music video for their song “Siq as Fuq.”  Shoe Detective Steve Germany sends Bang Bang Butterfly on a dangerous mission.  The Spectacle Bear and TC return with mysterious adventures, plus we continue an exploration into Monster Planet’s cyberjunk special “It Came From Outer Doors.”  Then, in our main event we’ll watch a clip from Brittany Davis’ new Live Tiny Desk Concert on NPR!  We’ve shared some beautiful music and music videos from Brittany on the show recently and we are so excited to shine a light on this amazing new performance video from them and their incredible band.

WEIRD at NIGHT is a live stream hosted by Patrick Galactic every Saturday at 10pm on Twitch, Youtube and Facebook.  We share all kinds of art; poetry, drag, short films, music videos, dance, and visual art.  Participation in the chat is encouraged, and Patrick often shares the strangest comments and answers the weirdest questions live on the show.  Each episode ends with Automatic Writing, a chat segment featuring about 30 seconds of community stream of consciousness.  These entries are shared on the show and often lead to hilarious revelations and future sketches.

WEIRD at NIGHT has four key principles: Time over money; People over profit; Art is the antidote; attack with Love.  Art is for everyone and diversity is essential to WEIRD at NIGHT.  It’s important to feature Black, Asian, Latinx, Indigenous, LGBTQ+ Artists, Artists with disabilities, people from all places, experiences and ways of life.  This is a live stream for the late night disenfranchised.  And it’s weird as f***.
