Besa Gordon, often considered a big kid at heart, couldn't resist the opportunity to spend a day at her dad's job for Take Your Kids To Work Day. Growing up, Besa had experienced going to work with her mom, but she'd never had the chance to accompany her dad, who worked out in Tacoma. However, that changed when she went to his job last month for Take Your Kids To Work Day this year.

Besa's dad serves as the shipping and receiving clerk at Rite in the Rain, handling all inbound and outbound products for the company. When he mentioned that they manufacture waterproof paper, Besa couldn't quite grasp the concept initially. Determined to understand, she insisted on seeing the process firsthand. By the time she left, she had a newfound appreciation for why the military favors their products.
