Lets get together and get ACTIVE!
Several opportunities to join in on the fun or come play for the whole day.
10 am - 11 am
Choose 45minutes of instructor led Yoga or Bootcamp Style workout
11am - 1pm
After a quick break to hydrate and refresh, you'll join your team for a round of fun field day style games like tug of war, obstacle course, three legged race, hula hoop, ring toss, balloon popping, egg relay, and more
1pm - 3pm
Now that you've built up an appetite (or if "hey Im just here for the food!") grab a plate of delicious food by Beats n Eats while listening to some jams. Then you can join or just watch as four teams duke it out on the dodge ball field for all the glory!
Summer in Seattle is short. Lets make the most of it by making fitness fun and bringing community together.
This is an 18+ event. We love the kids but grown ups need some fun too! There is a playground just near the field for those that want to bring a friend or partner to tag team watching the little ones.
