Enjoy FREE West African Dance with Live Drumming classes at Pier 62, courtesy of ADEFUA Cultural Education Workshop!

Enjoy an evening of cultural arts and fitness with African folkloric dance classes, offered to youth and adults of all levels. Participants will experience an opportunity of self empowerment and celebration! This class is a great workout, and you’ll learn dances of West Africa to professional live drumming.

Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes before class, dress for the weather, bring a water bottle, and come ready to dance!
