The Morning Update Show is heading back out on the road. This time, the destination is the Paramount Theater for a week of news, art and music. Running Monday, August 2nd through Friday, August 6th, Converge Media will be bringing our brand to the historic Paramount stage.

The shows will feature local artists and other unique guests, as well as regular hosts Omari Salisbury and Trae Holiday. The event coincides with the upcoming re-opening of the Paramount, which has been closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

“I am honored that Converge Media, Seattle's local independent Black media company, is working from the historic Paramount Theatre,” STG Executive Director Josh LaBelle said. “Converge's work is critical to changing the narrative, and STG wants to play a meaningful role in supporting this important community based company.”

We will also be welcoming members of the Converge Media family to watch the show in person. If you would like to reserve a seat, click here for the RSVP form.

If you can’t make it downtown, you can watch the show on all Converge Platforms live from 11 am - 12 pm every Monday through Friday.

An official lineup of guests and performers will be available at a later date.
