New dashboard tracks court rulings to measure equity in criminal cases in Washington State

Anthony Powers of the American Equity and Justice Group stopped by the Morning Update Show to update Trae Holiday on his organization's Equity Dashboard. This tool can be used to see the history of how judges ruled in criminal cases in Washington State back to 1970 so one can gain an understanding of the patterns that judges used in previous cases broken down into several demographics including race, gender, age, and location. The American Equity and Justice Group hope to soon include police officers in their dashboard as well. #MorningUpdateShow #BlackMediaMatters
