Good Vibes: Thing 2022 recap

Seattle Theatre Group's (STG) Thing festival took place in August at Historic Fort Worden in Port Townsend. The festival featured a variety of local and global artists bringing their energy and flavor to the stages, galleries and theaters. Headliners included Father John Misty, Modest Mouse, Jungle, Freddie Gibbs and more. Converge Media was a media partner in the festival, sharing the vision with our community. This video, produced by Rubén Solís, captures the spirit of the festival in our 2022 recap.

The festival also featured performances from STG’s DANCE This and Elevate programs on the main stage, showcasing the talented youth in front of a large-scale audience. It was the second year of the festival, which began in 2019 but went on hiatus due to COVID-19.

Capped at just 6,500 attendees per day, the festival provided an intimate environment for fans to watch old favorites and discover new ones.
