Good News! Seattle JazzED is Expanding its Fall Programming for Youth Across Seattle.
Seattle JazzED is a music education nonprofit, and they’re expanding their fall programming for young people across the region. Founded to teach and honor the great legacy of jazz music, their goal continues of making sure kids experience the life-changing magic of teamwork, creativity, and confidence that comes from dedicated education in the undoubtedly quintessential Black American art form.
They serve students across the Seattle area in over twenty programs, including big band ensembles, jazz combos, workshops, private lessons, summer camps, and online learning Seattle JazzED is enrolling youth in grades 4 and above for their fall programs. Musicians at every level of ability can join in, where they can drum, strum, blow, belt it out, and everything in between.
All programs are offered on a sliding scale tuition model, no questions asked, with free loaner instruments available for students for the whole time they’re in programming. Ready to make music?
