In game four of the round one Stanley Cup Playoffs matchup against the Colorado Avalanche, Jordan Eberle made more history for the franchise as his game winner secured the first ever overtime and home win in franchise playoff history. Seattle jumped out to a two goal lead in the first period before Mikko Rantanen scored twice in the second, setting us up for a dramatic finish.
Kraken continue to climb, tighten up before Playoffs with 7-3 rout of Chicago
The Seattle Kraken continue to rumble along, with their playoff berth already clinched, as they dropped seven goals on the Chicago Blackhawks in a game that Seattle never saw too much danger in. The Kraken had their depth continue to decimate Chicago, with some defensive miscues to clean up as they prepare for the Stanley Cup Playoffs
Kraken go Duck hunting, magic number drops to 9 with win and Nashville loss
Returning home from a four-game road trip, the Seattle Kraken were able to use two-goal periods in the 1st and 3rd to defeat the scrappy division rival Anaheim Ducks by a score of 4-1. Seattle’s magic number drops to 9 thanks to their win and a Nashville Predators loss.
Kraken handle business against Ducks, but not before tempers flare
The Seattle Kraken returned home to Climate Pledge Arena, hosting their divisional rivals the Anaheim Ducks. Seattle was able to handle the result relatively calmly, but tempers between the Pacific Division rivals flared in the third period and ultimately resulted in Vince Dunn leaving the game due to concussion protocol.
Kraken end 2022 with crude, nightmarish blowout loss to Oilers
The Seattle Kraken were embarrassed on home ice by division rival, the Edmonton Oilers. Seattle was hit in the mouth early, blowing three defensive assignments in under four minutes that resulted in three goals. The Kraken were never able to recover.
Kraken make Blues face the music in convincing 5-2 win
In the second game of their short homestand, the Seattle Kraken scored a symphony of goals against the St. Louis Blues. Seattle’s three goal second period gave the Kraken a 4-goal lead that they would never look back from.
Pressure making diamonds for Kraken, winning second straight overtime thriller
The Seattle Kraken won their second straight overtime game, beating the Los Angeles Kings 3-2. Jordan Eberle slammed the back of the net on a breakaway to win the game, thanks largely in part to great defensive work and patience.

The Seattle Kraken used a recipe of solid goaltending and creative offense to take down the Calgary Flames. Seattle wins both games of a back-to-back, and seems to have some solid foundations in place for their second year in franchise history.
