Mariners complete four-game sweep of Athletics behind France’s multi-homer game and eight-inning outing from Gilbert
The Seattle Mariners completed a four-game sweep of the Oakland Athletics with a one-run victory, their second in the past three games. Seattle was pushed by starter Logan Gilbert’s strong eight-inning outing, and first baseman Ty France’s two-homer game. The Mariners begin their ten-game homestand on a four-game winning streak.
