With time ticking down on the regular season, the Seattle Kraken failed to overthrow the Los Angeles Kings in their final matchup. A tight game throughout the contest, Seattle failed to find the net until the third period, and by that time the Kings had already tallied two.

The Seattle Kraken were embarrassed on home ice by division rival, the Edmonton Oilers. Seattle was hit in the mouth early, blowing three defensive assignments in under four minutes that resulted in three goals. The Kraken were never able to recover.
