THE TRUTH WITH PROOF: REGGIE WITHERSPOON

Reggie Witherspoon, a phenomenal student-athlete who just recently clocked the third-fastest 100-meter time in the state, joined The Truth With Proof this week. Witherspoon, a sophomore at Seattle Academy, shows dedication to Track and Field that far exceeds his fellow peers, “I know what my dream is… I want to do whatever it takes to get there, and I want to stay clear of distractions that’s going to take me off that course,” said Witherspoon. To achieve what Witherspoon has in Track and Field, having a good work ethic is essential. According to Witherspoon, he puts 100% effort into anything that he does, “Practice is harder than the meets… I practice and completely go, it’s going to show in the meet, just push through your limitations,” said Witherspoon.
