Meet KD Hall, she is a towering figure in communication, filmmaking, academia, and women's advocacy. With over 18 years of experience, she's the founder of KD Hall Communications, known for client-focused services. Hall holds degrees in mass communication, broadcasting journalism, an MBA, and an MAED.

Earlier this year, she launched her talk show, "Conversations with KD Hall," on KING 5 TV (NBC) showcasing her engaging storytelling.

Hall's expertise in leadership advocacy, crisis management, and training has impacted CEOs and organizations like Washington State Women’s Commission and Seattle Chamber of Commerce.

As the founder of the KD Hall Foundation, she champions gender equity, notably through the College Ambassador Program.

Hall's influence extends to academia, where she teaches and mentors at the University of Washington. She's also a four-time Emmy nominee and a board member of several prestigious organizations.

Her accolades include the Puget Sound Business Journal's 40-under-40 list and multiple awards for her contributions to diversity and innovation.

KD stopped by the Day With Trae to talk about her 19 year journey in launching Conversations With KD and how she hopes to use the show as a vehicle for positive change around issues of mental health and access for women.
