Rodney H. King shares his upcoming art gallery shows

Meet Rodney H King, the artist and owner of Kingspen LLC. Rodney's goal is to create vibrant images that celebrate the greatness of Black culture, primarily focusing on hip hop, jazz, and basketball. His signature touch is the use of bold and dynamic colors, which bring his pieces to life. Recently, Rodney's work has gained significant media attention, with features on KOMO, Seattle Refined, PBS, King 5 Evening, the Renton Reporter, and other local outlets. In addition to his artistic endeavors, Rodney is a devoted husband, father of three, and a man of faith, all of which deeply influence his art and drive his mission to spread love and evoke feelings of nostalgia for the best aspects of our culture.

Rodney stopped by The Day With Trae to discuss his upcoming gallery show at Axis on July 11th, a group show on July 13th, his involvement with the Seattle Arts Commission, the Public Display article, and his contributions to the community. Through his art and community engagement, Rodney continues to inspire and celebrate Black culture, making a lasting impact on all who experience his work.
