He focuses on building strong relationships and learning from the unique perspectives women bring to the game. This approach has helped him apply coaching principles to navigate life's challenges effectively. Rodney is committed to advancing women’s participation in a traditionally male-dominated sport and is on a mission to ensure women get paid to play pro football. His goal is to elevate the professionalism and opportunities for women in football, advocating for their recognition and compensation in the sport.
