Letter to the Goned: Cammie Ploeger's Moving Performance at STG Elevate

Cammie Ploeger, a 14-year-old actor, singer, and writer with Ethiopian and Korean American roots, performed her original piece, "Letter to the Goned," at the 2024 STG Elevate showcase.

A powerhouse of talent with a vibrant voice and personality, Cammie has been captivating audiences with her acting and singing since the second grade. Her passion for the performing arts shines through in her performances, and her aspirations for a theater career are evident.

Cammie's talents extend beyond the stage. She plays both the piano and guitar, excels at volleyball, and nurtures a keen interest in psychology. Her diverse interests and skills contribute to her unique perspective and creative expression.

STG Elevate, now in its fourth season, provides a platform for young performers like Cammie to amplify their voices and address important issues. Through spoken word and performance art, participants share their experiences and perspectives, fostering dialogue, understanding, and empowerment.
