More Than Just Ballpark Food: Besa Gordon Goes Inside the 2025 Mariners Food Preview at T-Mobile Park
For the third year in a row, Besa Gordon attended the Mariners Food Preview at T-Mobile Park—an invite-only event where local media get an exclusive first taste of what’s hitting the menu for the new season.
This year’s food lineup? Bold, fun, and deeply rooted in Pacific Northwest flavor.
Highlights include:
-The Felix King Court Turkey Leg, smoked low and slow
-A Mariners-blue Corn Dog, because why not match your jersey to your snack?
-Big Dumper Dumplings, inspired by catcher Cal Raleigh
-A fresh, house-made banh mi for fans looking for lighter fare
-And the Ichiro Wing, made with Ichiro Suzuki’s actual pre-game sauce recipe
Plus, the fan-favorite Hot Dogs from Heaven are back—with upgraded parachutes and surprise prizes attached.
Executive Chef Craig McAlister leaned fully into fun and fan connection when creating the menu. “As a chef in a baseball park, the most successful you can be is to just lean into it,” he said. “How do you make a corn dog? How do you make it better than a corn dog? And then… how do you make it blue?”
But this preview was about more than food—it was about accessibility, variety, and creating memorable experiences for every kind of fan.
“There are 30 value games this season with $10 tickets,” said Malcolm Rogel, Vice President of Fan Experience. “You can get a ticket, a hot dog, and a beer for under $20. No matter where you’re at, this is your home.”
Whether fans are showing up for the food, the game, or both—T-Mobile Park continues to make Mariners baseball a place for everyone.
