Spokane NAACP Freedom Fund Gala was a night to remember! 

The energy was electric as attendees celebrated Black excellence, community strength, and the unwavering pursuit of social justice. Keynote speaker Hill Harper's words were nothing short of inspiring. He reminded the audience that "Unity is not just a word, it's our weapon," urging all to work together for a better world. 



Lisa Gardner, President of the Spokane NAACP, proudly declared that the NAACP has been "doing the work here for over 100 years." It's a testament to their enduring commitment to civil rights and social justice. 



Spokane City Council President Betsy Wilkerson beautifully emphasized the importance of supporting those who are doing the work in the community. 🙌🏾 Attendees left the gala feeling empowered and more connected than ever.
