The Central Cafe and Juice Bar: A Seattle Haven

The Central Cafe and Juice Bar is a cornerstone of the Seattle community. Owner Bridgette Johnson, a Garfield High School alumna, is passionate about bringing healthy, fresh food to the area, especially for the students of Garfield and Nova High Schools. Everything at the Central Cafe is made from scratch daily, using fresh ingredients and minimal preservatives.

Bridgette opened the cafe to provide a welcoming space where students could enjoy a nutritious meal. Despite opening during the pandemic, the cafe's takeout window became a lifeline for those seeking healthy food options, helping to build a loyal following.

Bridgette's commitment to positivity is evident in the cafe's warm and inviting atmosphere. This, coupled with its delicious and healthy food, has made it a popular spot for locals and students alike.

The Central Cafe is also committed to giving back to the community through school supply drives and partnerships with local organizations.

Whether you're a student looking for a healthy lunch or a local resident seeking a welcoming dining experience, the Central Cafe and Juice Bar is the perfect spot. Be sure to try their famous bread pudding and smoothies.
