Earlier this month, Trae Holiday was joined by the new Interim Executive Director of Langston Seattle, Ebony Arunga. They discussed her journey into the role, the collective community vision, and her goals for the organization.

Arunga is a Langston lifer and Central District native, and has been participating in productions ever since she was young. Her first show was one of their summer musicals, and she's been dedicated to Langston ever since.

"I really just fell in love with the building. I would show up after school and be like 'what can I do and how can I stay?'," Arunga said.
