PHOTOS: BBLC: Igniting and Inspiring Growth in Black Businesses

For the third year, Lewis Rudd, Co-Founder and CEO of Ezell’s Famous Chicken, hosted the Black Business Leadership Conference (BBLC) at the University of Washington. This year's theme, "Ignite and Inspire," brought together black business owners, educators, and resource providers to foster growth and success within the black business community.

The event offered a platform for networking, collaboration, and resource-sharing, with Mayor Bruce Harrell encouraging attendees to seek out funding opportunities. Breakout sessions covered key topics for black entrepreneurs, and participants emphasized the value of community and mentorship in their journey.

The conference highlighted the success of black businesses and inspired future entrepreneurs. Attendees left feeling empowered and motivated to take their businesses to the next level. To learn more, visit ruddsrubb.org.
