Seattle JazzED Gala brings Community out to Support Music Education
Last Thursday, March 9th, 2022, Seattle JazzEd hosted their Soundtrack for the Future Gala at the Amazon Meeting Center.
Converge Media’s Besa Gordon, TraeAnna Holiday, and Acacia Salisbury were there for an exciting night filled with performances and storytelling. Marina DaSilva & Friends provided soulful entertainment throughout the night, including joint performances with JazzEd Students and Alums.
The energy was high as stories of how JazzEd and music can change lives were shared throughout the night.
In a short interview with Besa Gordan, Executive Director Laurie de Koch said, “she was thrilled with the way the community showed up.”
