Southeast Youth and Family Services announces second annual Southeast Day

Southeast Youth and Family Services invites you to our second annual Southeast Day!  Our community block party celebrates the families we serve, the staff who are doing such amazing work, and our community at large.  Join us from 11:00am – 4:00pm for kid’s activities, performances, games, a raffle with community businesses, and tours of our building.

Founded in 1974 by leaders of the local Black community, Southeast Youth and Family Services provides comprehensive early learning and mental health services that are based on the needs and strengths of the people who turn to us for help. We are a licensed mental health center and provide skilled, evidence-based, best-practice mental health treatment and prevention services.

Schedule of events:

11:00am – 4:00pm: Lawn games, bubbles, balloons, sidewalk chalk, photo op, and kids activities with our Counseling and Early Childhood Development programs.  Face Painting will also be available, but time is TBD.
