#YouthUnfiltered - Harlem Yarbrough Speaks on Resiliency, Challenges Facing Youth

“What I wish people would know about my generation is that while we’re stubborn, we’re also fighters,” - Actor, Dancer and Spoken Word artist Harlem Yarbrough said.

Yarbrough was featured on Back2Besa’s Youth Unfiltered segment last week and spoke about the challenges facing the youth of today, including social media, gun violence, and more.

“Social media influences us in both good and bad ways,” Yarbrough said. “That can really confuse us and it messes with my generation a lot.”

Currently Harlem can be seen in ACTS on Stage’s DREAM, showing August 18th - 20th and August 25th - 27th at Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute

You can hear more from Yarbrough in the video and make sure to tune in to Back2Besa every Saturday at 10:30 pm on Fox 13 Seattle and 10 am on FOX 13+ to hear more #YouthUnfiltered segments.
