Alana Bell: Empowering Black Students through the Becraft Scholars Program


Alana Bell, the founding director of the Becraft Scholars Program at the Fulcrum Foundation, recently joined The Day With Trae Show to discuss her inspiring work empowering Black students and families in Catholic schools.


The Becraft Scholars Program, a relationship-centered initiative, provides scholarships and comprehensive support to Black students, fostering a sense of belonging and academic success. Bell's passion for educational equity and her commitment to centering humanity in her work shone through during the interview.


She highlighted the program's emphasis on family engagement and the importance of creating a supportive community for students to thrive.
