Meet Nourisha Wells, the 2nd Vice President and Chair of the Physical and Mental Health Committee for the Seattle Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Her leadership has helped the Chapter align their program development with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.’s 5 programmatic thrusts, including physical and mental health. With a life purpose of nourishing those around her, Nourisha is dedicated to uplifting her community. Originally from Kansas City, Mo., she has called Seattle home for the past 16 years.

Nourisha stopped by The Day With Trae to discuss the Inaugural Black Health and Wellness Fair co hosted by Seattle Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Seattle Parks and Recreation this Saturday.
