Eighth Generation and Huy Blanket Indigenous Community in Support

Eighth Generation and the Snoqualmie Tribe hosted a powerful event celebrating the release of the Huy butterfly blanket, a symbol of transformation and hope for Indigenous people impacted by incarceration. 🦋

Gabe Galanda, Huy's Chairman, emphasized the blanket's significance: 'The blanket really is intended for our relatives when they come home to have them wrapped in the warm embrace of a butterfly, which signifies to us transformation and metamorphosis.'
