Taste of Iceland 2024 arrives in Seattle, Thursday, October 3 - Saturday, October 5. Iceland's capital city, Reykjavik, is a Sister City to Seattle. The three-day cultural festival celebrates the land of fire and ice with events at venues across the city that showcase the best of Icelandic culture, including food and beverage, music, literature, film, wellness, and more.

Some events are free and open to the public. Event tickets are required, and guests are encouraged to arrive promptly to guarantee entry.

Multiple locations: Taste of Iceland will host events with local businesses in Seattle and official partners, including KEXP, Palace Kitchen, Life on Mars, National Nordic Museum, Railspur Gallery, and Block 41.

The Summer of Soul Juneteenth celebration is the city’s longest-standing gathering, a continuation of the decades-long annual tradition started by the late DeCharlene Williams in 1983 of bringing the community together every summer.
