Chukundi Salisbury Jr.: Future Computer Engineer and STEM Advocate for Seattle's Youth

Chukundi Salisbury Jr. is a recent graduate of Franklin High School and the UNCF Portfolio Project Program. Through his participation in the program, he gained valuable insights into the college application process, financial aid options, and the significance of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Inspired by his experiences, Chukundi has chosen to pursue a degree in computer engineering at Howard University.

Chukundi has always been fascinated by the potential of technology and machine learning to create innovative tools. He is eager to build a strong network of STEM leaders and expand his knowledge in the field. Ultimately, Chukundi aims to return to Seattle and contribute to the development of future STEM leaders among the youth.

Chukundi Salisbury Jr. is also an intern this summer on The Day With Trae and we took time to uplift him recently on the show plus talked more about his upcoming role at Converge Media.
