Deon Abdullah Brings MixxedFit to Seattle's Langston Hughes

In a recent episode of The Day with Trae, host Trae Holiday welcomed Deon Abdullah, a.k.a. "Dr. Body Mechanic," discussed his journey from fitness and manual therapy to dance-based group fitness through MixxedFit. Abdullah described MixxedFit as a dynamic, people-inspired dance fitness program that combines explosive movements with body weight toning, creating a fun and effective workout experience.
