Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson and Seattle Police Department (SPD) leadership Police Chief Shon Barnes and Deputy Chief of Administration & Investigations Andre Sayles held a press conference to announce the arrest of a juvenile male suspect in the January 30th shooting deaths of two young students in Rainier Beach.
