From Murals to Masterpieces: George Jennings' Digital Portraits at Arte Noir

#TheDayWithTrae - Artist George Jennings shares his inspiring journey, from growing up in a family of artists to his unexpected artistic opportunities in the Air Force.

"I thought pretty much my art career would be over... but shortly after, during the Air Force... my TI training instructor said, 'Is there anyone here who can paint?'" George's talent led him to create murals during his service, and now he's showcasing his stunning digital portraits at ARTE NOIR from now until February 2025.

"The show has an appearance of being printed on glass, and all of the women in the show are people that we personally know."  Representation matters, and George's work beautifully captures the essence of Black women and girls. Watch the full interview to hear more about his artistic process and the powerful message behind his art!
