The students at the Pacific Northwest Ballet are some of the most elite. They come from all over the country, representing 35 states. There are a few from Canada, but some come from as far away as Japan and Bulgaria.

Did you know Seattle has a premiere showcase and competition for hairstylists from around the Pacific Northwest? Reign of Style has been providing an outlet for barbers in the region to showcase their talents since 2008. The annual barber showcase and hair-styling competition was full of stunning looks and great moments as the Pacific Northwest’s best came together to show off their skills for the first time since 2020.

On Friday the Woodland Park Zoo celebrated its 47th Annual Jungle Party and our Besa Gordon invited a few of her media friends including Tyrah Majors from KOMO 4, Shante Sumpter from KING 5 as well as Jay Martin Jr from PBS to join in on the fun.

Juneteenth is tomorrow but we celebrate for a whole week these days, and we love to see and enjoy it! Below we have a list of things you can do to live your best life on Juneteenth (along with events happening today and during the week) however, there are so many dope Juneteenth events this year, and we only have so much time in these videos so we couldn’t list them all.
